Can you help a friend or relative take care of my pet?
No, Our liability insurance will not allow us to do so.

We want you to care for our family pets. How do we get started?
Call 954.644.9780 as soon as possible. We would like to set up a pre-assignment meeting to meet you, get acquainted with your pets, fill out out any paperwork, review your pets’ shot records & pick up keys. This meeting can take up to an hour.

When do we pay you?
100% of assignment is due before 1st visit. We take payments by check and credit/debit cards through PayPal.

Are reservations necessary?
Call us as soon as you make a decision to have Home Sweet Home Pet Nanny care for your pets. 100% payment must be received before your dates can be put on our schedule.

Can you help us on the spur of the moment?
We try to assist if our scheduling permits.

Would you visit my pet who can be aggressive some times?
No. In order to fulfill our commitment to care for pets while their parents are away, Home Sweet Home Pet Nanny must be able to enter their homes and feel safe being there with their pets.

What is your cancellation policy?
Non-Holiday Service: A cancellation notice @ 954.644.9780 is required at least five (5) days prior to date of 1st scheduled visit; otherwise 25% of total assignment is charged. The remaining prepaid balance can either be refunded or carried as a service credit for 1 year from issue date, whichever the client prefers.

Holiday Service: A cancellation notice @ 954.644.9780 is required at least twenty-one (21) days prior to date of 1st scheduled visit; otherwise 50% of total assignment is charged. The remaining prepaid balance can either be refunded or carried as a service credit for 1 year from issue date, whichever the client prefers.

Early Returns: If a client returns early during non-holiday or holiday service, only service credits good for 1 year will be issued for each daily visit or dog walking visit not required due to early return.

Policies
“I’m Home” call: It is important for clients to call us @ 954.644.9780 immediately upon their return home. We worry until we know pets have their people back. We will continue to visit pets UNTIL that call is received. If clients are home, have forgotten to call us, and we visit their pets, they will be charged for an additional visit. If a client finds their return will be delayed, we ask that they call 954.644.9780 as soon as possible to see if additional visits can be arranged.
